It’s that time of year again. The time of year when we realize a month has gone by since we made those New Years resolutions (or not) and it’s time to get serious about making at least some part of what we resolved to do stick. If you’re working on eating healthier or even just remembering to eat breakfast then this Butterball Turkey Bacon Egg Cups recipe is for you!
Line your muffin cups with Butterball Bacon Style Turkey Slices.

This list is for 12 egg cups but if you can easily reduce/increase based on your needs.
12 slices Butterball Bacon Style Turkey
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Non-stick cooking spray
- Spray each muffin pan cup with non-stick cooking spray and line with one slice of Butterball Bacon Style Turkey each (Tip: cut each turkey bacon slice in half for easier coverage).
- In bowl whisk eggs, cheese, salt and pepper.
- Pour egg mixture into each muffin cup until about 3/4 full.
- Bake in pre-heated 350F oven for 30 to 35 minutes until knife inserted into centre comes out clean.
Make it Special:
