It’s Valentine’s Day. That means more chocolate, more candy and more reasons for my children to not want to eat their usually healthy dinner. It’s also cold season, which means my kids are battling the same fevers and coughs and runny noses yours are. With all those reasons combined most of us, while stocking up on fruit and healthy snacks are also stocking up fever reducers and pain medications and of course VITAMINS.
We’ve tried every vitamin under the sun (or snow as our case may be right now); crunchy, chewy, brand name, store brand, character-shaped and boring ones.
My kids have loved some, liked some and just plain refused to take others. So you can imagine my excitement when I came home from Blissdom Canada with a suitcase full of swag and a HUGE bottle of IRON KIDS GUMMIES: Multi-Vitamins for Active Kids. My seven-year old daughter pulled the large bottle (this was definitely not a sample size) out of the suitcase full of so many other things I thought she would have pulled out first and asked if they could have one. I picked up the bottle, had a look and the first thing that jumped out at me was:
